1. The service
FaceAiPro provides an online studio that generates short videos with AI (scripts, voices, images and AI presenters). Features depend on your plan.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
3. Subscriptions and credits
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Plans include credits that are used by AI actions. Credit packs are one-time purchases. Unused credits stay on your account; they have no cash value.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Credits spent on failed renders are returned automatically.
5. Your content
You keep the rights to content you upload and the videos you create. You confirm you have the rights to any material you upload, including photos used to create a presenter. Do not create content that impersonates real people without consent, is unlawful, hateful or misleading.
6. AI output
AI output can be inaccurate. Review your videos before publishing. AI presenters are synthetic people; disclose AI-generated content where platforms or law require it.
7. Acceptable use
No abuse of the service, reverse engineering, automated scraping or attempts to bypass limits. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app.
